Dr. Vines provides more than 25 years of medical and psychiatry practice to HART Rehab as the Medical Director. He has worked in both hospital and addiction settings and is well known for his throrough medical acumen. Dr. Vines graduated from the University of Georgia and Mercer University School of Medicine. He then completed his MD Psychiatric Residency Training Program at Maricopa Medical Center in Arizona. Dr. Vines works alongside the 24-hour Nursing staff and other suite of licensed providers at HART Rehab to provide the best evidence-based recovery experience for every unique individual that enters the doors. When he is providing excellent client care, Dr. Vines can be found mountain biking and being active in the beautiful Arizona outdoors.

Dr. Abraham Sayegh

Dr. Marc Blackstone completed his Doctor of Chiropractic training at Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2001. He has been in private practice for over 20 years. He is experienced in natural treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries. His holistic approach to diagnosis and treatment uses chiropractic, physical medicine, and medical imaging combined with healthy lifestyle choices.

Dr. Blackstone is excited to bring his experience and passion for a natural and holistic approach to health care, pain relief, and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries to The Hope House. Dr. Blackstone enjoys many outdoor pursuits in his spare time, including running or biking nearby mountain trails.

Dr. Ray Hamilton

Ray Hamilton is a doctor of nursing practice with dual certification in psychiatric and family care. Ray manages the detoxification, MAT, and psychiatric care at the facilities. He is known for his expert knowledge of recovery symptoms & medicine, outstanding bedside manner, and engaging personality that settles clients and helps put them as ease in their recovery process.

Previously, he excelled in the family practice setting while earning the Staff Service Excellence Award for Dignity Health. Ray has been recognized by Mercy Maricopa Integrated Care as a healthcare presenter and public speaker. He also thrived on the electrophysiology team for Munroe Heart.

Alyssa is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner dedicated to supporting her patients’ mental health with compassion, empathy, and evidence-based care. She is passionate about helping individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered on their journey to wellness. A lifelong learner, Alyssa is committed to continually expanding her knowledge to provide the highest quality care. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, watching movies, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and finding peace in both the mountains and the beach.

She has been a nurse for 17 years, with 14 of those years practicing Beside Nursing as well as being in managerial roles. Natalie Foster

Natalie has her master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She has been in the mental health field for over 10 years and started her counseling career working in inpatient treatment, specializing in trauma and addiction. She is trained in Post Induction Therapy (PIT) which focuses on releasing carried emotions, inner child healing, and becoming a more functional adult. She also utilizes therapeutic techniques such Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Strengths Based Approach, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Natalie also uses EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and is an EMDR certified therapist. Natalie believes that life is as kind as you allow it to be, that everyone is resilient and capable enough to live a life of empowerment and authenticity. Sometimes we must work through our trauma, uncomfortable emotions, and dysfunction to truly reach our innermost potential and strength.

Alan’s main goal as a therapist is to assist and support individuals in living a life with awareness, intention, being goal oriented, processing past experiences, as well as assisting in choices for successful relationships, work/life balance and personal peace.

Deeply committed to healing and recovery, Sarah Ann tailors her approach to each individual’s unique needs, helping them navigate the challenges of addiction with compassion and insight. She is dedicated to empowering clients to find strength, resilience, and long-term recovery through self-discovery and self-compassion. Sarah Ann also works closely with clients to develop personalized strategies for maintaining sobriety and building a fulfilling, balanced life.

Kimberly was born and raised in Lansing, Michigan. She graduated from Davenport University in 2011 with a dual degree in Applied Science with emphasis on Insurance Claims Management and Health Information Technology. Kim comes to The Hope House with over two decades of experience in behavioral health services, with 17 of those years in direct leadership and employee development. She has specialized in Program Development, Program Management, Clinical Quality Management, and Insurance Claims/Authorization Management. When Kim is not working or spending time with her family, she enjoys volunteering her time alongside of the many community-based organizations as part of the ending homelessness initiative “One Story at a Time”.

His career has evolved from hands-on roles as a Behavioral Health Technician to leadership positions in Operations, Admissions, and Business Development – giving him a comprehensive perspective on every stage of the recovery journey. Now celebrating more than 15 years in recovery himself, Jeremy serves as Admissions Coordinator and Community Liaison, fostering meaningful connections and ensuring each client’s transition into care is seamless, supportive, and grounded in hope.

Laura has been teaching Trauma Informed Yoga and Yoga Nidra in the recovery space for more than a decade.
